Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak seasons (e.g., Semi-Annual Sales, Holidays), processing may take 3–4 business days.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed during business hours will ship the following business day.

Preorders:

  • Items on preorder may take several weeks to produce. Shipping will occur once all preorder and regular items are ready unless split shipping is requested and paid for.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Holidays:

  • We ship Monday–Friday and do not ship on weekends or observed holidays.

  • Observed holidays include: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Holy Week (April 15–18), Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic USA & PR: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150 via Ground Advantage (tracking included; insurance not included).

  • International Orders: Calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, and customs fees. Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being abandoned with no refund or store credit.

Expedited Shipping:

  • For urgent orders, contact us at beatriz@cinqlapins.com before placing your order. Expedited shipping applies to all orders.

Shipping Claims & Liabilities:

  • Once a package leaves our facility, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. We recommend selecting insured shipping.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt.

  • Returned packages due to an incorrect or insufficient address require the customer to cover re-shipping costs.

Sales Tax:

  • Cinq Lapins LLC collects and remits sales tax in Florida. Customers in other states are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes to their local tax authority.
